Example SSD1289
Add an enum value to mchf_display_types_t to uniquely identify the display type
If a controller & display uses an already existing combination of control functions
but with a different detectable controller type, you may reuse the already existing
display type and just identify and initialize differently.
Examples are the HY28B_PARALLEL code, which supports multiple controllers, which differ only
in the initialization sequence.
However, same controller but with different communication interface (parallel instead of SPI)
requires a new mchf_display_types_t value.

Define Register Data for Screen Init. It is important
to provide the second data structure with correct data, since otherwise
init will not do the right job. Be careful here.

Add appropriate display infos (below we only filled information for parallel, spi requires
a few more functions to be provided) if necessary (i.e. if you defined a new mchf_display_types_t value).

If you reuse functions from another controller, you may need to make sure the #ifdef
still enable the required functions if only the new controller is selected.
If new control functions are required, write them as static functions,
you have plenty of examples in the existing code.
